Xiangyu Construction Co., Ltd. focuses on land and real estate project development, construction and operation. It has completed development and construction of Phase I Project of Xiangyu Free Trade Zone, which covers a land area of 1.1km2. Also included in the project are about 20,000m2 of factories, warehouses and office buildings, together with 3.6km of road and pipelines as well as 170,000m2 of other public utilities. In addition, the company has constructed nearly 160,000m2 of real estate projects for civil use.

Currently the company isimplementingland development of Phase II Project of Xiangyu Free Trade Zone and several civil works project such as Jinxiang Garden. This year the company records gross assets of RMB400 million and annual sales revenue of RMB140 million, ranking the 9th in the construction sector of Fujian Province.
