a corporation based in Xiangyu Free Trade Zone (F.T.Z), the
frontier of China's opening up to theoutside world. Through
over six years of construction and development,the Group is

strengthsin such sectors as port, logistics services and project
construction.
Nowadays, the era of networking economy and e-commerce bring
to our lives not only a means of doing things, but also something
that may trigger reform of organization structure, restructuring
of the work flow, and even the overturn of the management ideas
of the whole society. Xiangyu Group is a state-owned enterprise,
but in our view, it is different from a state-owned enterprise
in some respect. The reason why we say so is that, on one hand,
